Join Us in Reinventing Freight Management

Why us? Why now?
At VPL, we’ve always been ahead of the curve,
and we intend to stay there.

We’re sort of the pioneers of freight management, always looking for newer and better ways of doing things. Every single day we come to work with a vision of using better technology to take our clients from chaos to clarity…and actually enjoying ourselves.

We think our vision is a pretty great one, but we also realize you want more from your job than a solid mission statement. You’ll be happy to know we were named one of the fastest-growing companies in America by Inc. Magazine in both 2017 and 2018, and here are just a few of the reasons why.

We Insist You Vacate
Lots of places offer flexible vacation policies, and while that may sound good on paper we've found that lots of times high-achievers with flex plans don't take any time off at all.
We firmly believe that vacations are good for you AND good for business, so we offer a generous time-off plan and applaud when you make use of it to check out and rejuvenate.
We Care About Your Health
We want to make sure you and your family have the medical, vision and dental insurance you need.
So even though we believe vacation time goes a long way towards keeping you healthy, we also support a variety of health and wellness plans.
We Want You to Speak Up, Really
If you want to be a pioneer, you have to be willing to consider new ways of doing things.
At VPL, everyone is encouraged to speak up, share their ideas, and make a meaningful impact on our customers. We're a team, period.
We Work AND Play Together
It sounds clichéd, but we really do work hard and play hard.
It's not unusual to find us tossing balls in our common area while we toss around ideas or blowing off some end-of-week steam at an in-house happy hour. We think fun and inspiration go hand in hand with focus and perspiration, and make our office a place you actually want to be.

Sound like your kind of company?
