Highlights from the 2019 TMSA Logistics Marketing & Sales Conference

Four Awards. One Breakout Session. A Great Event. 

On June 10th, our VP of Business Development, Don Carroll, and Marketing Coordinator, Brandon Brichetto joined nearly 250 sales, marketing, and business strategy professionals at the 67th Annual TMSA Logistics Marketing & Sales Conference in Amelia Island, Florida.

While there, they accepted four Compass Awards of Excellence for this past year’s marketing efforts, and Don led a breakout session entitled “Best Practices: Launching a New Brand with and Integrated Campaign.”

We received a lot of great feedback from the Compass Award judges, highlighting both the strongest and weakest aspects of all four campaigns, but these comments were indisputably our favorites, as they resonate with the way we try to do everything at VPL:

“This was an excellent planning and execution of an integrated branding campaign, and even more so based on the size of your company! Kudos on an outstanding job, well done.”

“Ridiculously thorough content marketing campaign, with spot-on creative and a pinpoint target audience…It’s powerful not just because of its distinctiveness and consistency, but because of the way it develops rapport with the team in advance of outreach by sales.”

We would like to thank TMSA for putting on such a great event.  We are already looking forward to attending next year’s conference.
